Our Mission
Legacy Care Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life in underserved communities by providing compassionate care and supportive services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, while strengthening children and families through initiatives that address basic needs, educational support, and community-based enrichment programs.

We envision communities where no individual or family is overlooked, underserved, or left without access to the support and resources they need. Our vision is to help create stronger families, healthier communities, and greater opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Why We Exist
Every community has individuals and families facing challenges that can make everyday life difficult. A senior may need additional support to remain independent. A person living with a disability may need help finding appropriate resources. A family may struggle to meet basic needs. A child may need additional educational support or opportunities to participate in positive community activities. Too often, people don't know where to turn. Legacy Care Foundation was created to help bridge those gaps. We believe meaningful change begins by listening to the needs of the community and responding with compassion, practical resources, education, and supportive services. Our goal is not simply to provide assistance. Our goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, empowered, and connected.
